The Ministry of Transport of Quebec thinks more and more to implement toll systems across Quebec (on some bridges, highways, etc..). I support the idea, but only if the application of such a system is done responsibly.
What I mean by responsibility, is that the target system regular users of the road network (the principle of "user pays"). I developed my opinion on the subject in a course at university and I decided to spread the fruits of my efforts.
